Back to the early access pageIf you contact us, join early access, ask for support, or send us a message, we may collect your name, email address, the kind of computer help you need, your computer type if you choose to share it, and the message you send us.
We use that information to answer you, provide support, improve Not My Grandkid, and keep a record of support requests.
When you email us or use an early-access form, your message may be stored in our email, website, or support systems so we can reply and follow up. We do not sell your email address.
The Windows helper is designed to keep your helper setup choices on your own computer. That can include your helper name, selected helper style, voice label, personality choice, and help preferences.
Not My Grandkid is not designed to secretly upload your personal files, publish your chats, or share your personal story publicly.
Information may leave your computer if you choose to email us, fill out a form, request support, or use a feature that clearly tells you it needs to send information somewhere else.
You can ask us to delete or correct information you sent to us, or ask a privacy question, by emailing support@notmygrandkid.com. Include the email address you used so we can find the right record.
